Terms governing use of VideoBGRemover

These Terms govern your use of videobgremover.net and the VideoBGRemover service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. You must not create accounts or automate requests to evade limits, obtain repeat promotional credits, or interfere with the service.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transcode, and deliver that content solely to operate the requested workflow.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content. You must not upload unlawful material, malware, content that violates another person's rights, or highly sensitive content for which this service is not appropriate.
Video processing uses credits based on the selected input duration. A system or provider failure returns the reserved credits once; automatic retries do not charge twice. Purchased, unused credits do not expire under the current offer.
When purchases are available, they are completed through a hosted checkout provider. Price, currency, and included credits are shown before checkout. Taxes and payment availability may also be governed by the checkout provider and applicable law.
Promotional credits may have different limits and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Because access to the service and credits is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except in the circumstances below.
To request a refund, email support@videobgremover.net from the address associated with your account and include the transaction ID and reason for the request. We will acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Subscription credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits do not expire, remain available after subscription cancellation, and are used after credits with an earlier expiration date. Nothing in this policy limits refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Supported inputs, duration, output, and availability may change as the service is tested and improved. A generated cutout can contain edge errors, transparency artifacts, or compatibility differences between players and editors. You are responsible for reviewing the result before publishing or relying on it.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every video will produce a usable result.

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, service providers, or the service, or when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may delete your account through the available account controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoBGRemover is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
